Matthew Holland is the Managing Partner of Fox & Stephens, CPAs, Inc. and the Founder of Fox & Holland Investing LLC. He advises successful individuals, families, business owners, and nonprofit organizations on complex tax, accounting, and wealth management matters, helping clients make confident financial decisions through an integrated approach to planning.

With more than 15 years of public accounting experience, Matthew has developed a practice centered on sophisticated tax planning, business advisory services, and investment management. His uncommon combination of CPA and investment adviser expertise enables him to evaluate financial decisions through both a tax and investment lens, helping clients preserve wealth, improve after-tax outcomes, and align their financial strategies with long-term objectives.

Matthew believes that exceptional advice extends beyond preparing tax returns or managing investment portfolios. He works closely with clients throughout the year to provide proactive guidance on business growth, retirement planning, estate considerations, investment strategy, and significant financial decisions as their circumstances evolve.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University, San Bernardino and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). In addition to his accounting practice, Matthew serves as an Investment Adviser Representative, providing fiduciary investment advice and customized portfolio management built upon disciplined investment principles, risk management, and tax efficiency.

Known for his responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to long-term client relationships, Matthew believes the most effective financial strategies are built on trust, transparency, and a thorough understanding of each client's goals.

Outside the office, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife, Holly, attending live concerts, following financial markets and economic developments, and spending time with their dogs.
